Frequently Asked Questions

If you don’t see your question here, reach out anytime. We’re glad to help.

What course formats do you offer?
We offer Self-paced, Live cohorts, and Bootcamps. Self-paced includes mentor office hours. Live and Bootcamp options add scheduled workshops and structured checkpoints.
How much time should I allocate each week?
Most learners spend 6–10 hours per week. Bootcamps require 15–20 hours. Each catalog entry lists estimated hours to help plan realistically.
Are there prerequisites?
Each course lists prerequisites if any. Foundations courses are beginner-friendly and start from absolute essentials, including tooling and Git.
Do you provide certificates?
Yes. Upon completing all checkpoints and the final project, you receive a shareable certificate that outlines the skills you demonstrated.
What is your refund policy?
If a course does not meet your expectations within the first 7 days or before completing 20% of content (whichever comes first), contact us to request a refund.
How do mentor sessions work?
Mentors host weekly office hours and review your code asynchronously with detailed notes. You can request targeted feedback on architecture, tests, or performance.
What payment options are available?
We accept major cards. Companies can request invoices. We do not offer income-share agreements or financing.
How long do I retain access?
Self-paced courses include at least 12 months of access with updates. Live and Bootcamp cohorts include extended access for project review references.
Do you offer accessibility support?
Yes. We prioritize semantic structure and keyboard-friendly navigation. Let us know any additional accommodations you need.
